An Item Was Lost or Damaged During Shipping

Our freight carriers are selected through stringent guidelines for service and quality. But in the rare occasion that an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and provide us photographs clearly showing the problem with the item so we can confirm it with our carriers quickly and easily. Once we have confirmed the problem, we will ship a new one or the required replacement parts to you.
